RSDH believes that knowledge empowers practitioners and enables consistent outcomes. We provide training and knowledge transfer for the Professional Development of road engineering practitioners. We focus on translating complex research and technical guidance into practical, implementable learning. Our workshops, webinars, and on-site training sessions are developed to suit local, state, and national contexts, ensuring that practitioners gain the skills to practice with confidence.
We offer private training and will work with you to develop and deliver specialist training and knowledge transfer programs designed to help practitioners apply the latest research, standards, and best practices. Drawing on decades of experience developing and delivering training workshops and webinars for the Australian Road Research Board (ARRB) / National Transport Research Organisation (NTRO), our training connects theory with practice, empowering participants to make informed, evidence-based decisions.
Our workshops and courses are developed and delivered by a Subject Matter Expert (SME) who has been involved in the research, development and delivery within their respective fields. Each SME has worked for national and international bodies, including the Australian Road Research Board (ARRB), the National Transport Research Organisation (NTRO), the National Heavy Vehicle Regulator (NHVR), and have served on national committees such as Standards Australia and Austroads.
